Context
- Opening a new claim today always gives a random world the same size as the current one. Instead, offer a few claims to choose from, each with its own size and character: different ores, features and terrain, so every new claim feels distinct and worth picking. This builds on t13 (world generation options and planet presets) and is best done after it, using its options to make the claims differ.
Subtasks
- When opening a new claim, offer a short list of claims to pick from (for example three), each showing its size, price and what makes it special
- Claims differ in world generation: richer or rarer ores, unusual features, different terrain, using the t13 options
- Each offered claim has its own down payment and debt to match its size and riches
