Fix dead URLs and use forks as GitHub references

Browse Source 
Change all GitHub URLs with forks so they survive if their maintainer
decides to remove them.

Fix dead URLs in:
  - "Windows Push Notification Service" (#101)
  - "Limit CPU usage during scans to minimum"
  - "Disable NVIDIA telemetry"
