Pi-Kit v0.1.0-dev14

- Diagnostics log button shows only when enabled; log in its own modal
- Added updater log mirroring into diagnostics
- Status fetch failures keep last good stats and retry (logged to diagnostics)
- Diagnostics UI: better busy/error handling on refresh/enable
